CPI for all items increased 0.4% in October 2022 from last month

  • Consumer Price Index for all items increased 0.4 % in October 2022 from last month on a seasonally adjusted basis.
  • All items less food and energy index, or Core CPI, increased 0.3 % .
  • Food index increased 0.6 %, and energy index increased 1.8 % .
